The ID Badge is the official identification for all students. Student ID badges must always be worn when on Bellin College property and during Bellin College clinical training. Students must use their ID badges for entry to the campus during campus hours when the doors are automatically locked (weeknights and weekends).

  • All students are responsible for safeguarding their own ID badge. Lost or stolen ID badges should be reported immediately to security or IT Services for access to be disabled.
  • Upon graduation, student ID badges are collected by the Student Services personnel.
  • The Academic Advisor is responsible for collecting the student ID badges of students leaving the College due to withdrawal or dismissal.

Undergraduate

  • Undergraduate student photos will be taken by Student Services personnel during orientation.
  • Student Services will coordinate photos for students unable to attend orientation.
  • Individual submission of photos for undergraduate students is not allowed.

Graduate

  • Graduate students enrolled in in-person programs will have their photo taken during their orientation. If orientation is missed, students should make arrangements with Student Services to have their photo taken on campus at another time.
  • Graduate students enrolled in distance-learning only programs may not be required to obtain an ID badge. Students should contact Student Services with any questions or to arrange obtaining an ID badge, if needed.
  • Individual submission of photos for graduate students is not allowed.

Nursing Assistant and Other Certificate Programs

  • Students attending other programs that require them to be on campus must have their photos taken during orientation by Student Services if applicable.
  • The Nursing Assistant Coordinator will coordinate photos for students unable to attend orientation.
  • Individual submission of photos for students in other programs is not allowed.

Replacement ID Badge:

A $10 replacement fee applies to lost, stolen, or damaged badges, as well as name changes. This can be purchased in Student Services.
