- All requirements for program entry must be completed prior to entry into the program
- Students must be at least 16 years of age
- Documentation of immunization history
- Able to push, pull and lift 50 pounds of weight
- Completion of Functional Ability Inventory (signed by parent/guardian for students under 18 years of age)
