NR 366: Fundamentals of Nursing

This course introduces students to concepts and skills fundamental to professional nursing practice. These concepts and skills are presented in the classroom and applied in lab settings. The nursing process is introduced and used to design care for client with common health alterations. Emphasis is placed on competencies related to quality and safety in the provision of client care. This course includes a lab component.

Prerequisites

NR 352, NR 356, NR 358, or consent of the faculty.
