This course is designed to provide students with the essential knowledge and hands-on clinical skills needed to perform a broad range of patient care procedures and techniques, essential to the role of a Patient Care Technician (PCT). Students will gain theoretical knowledge of key concepts such as patient-centered care, quality and safety, and effective communication, while developing the practical expertise necessary to provide high-quality patient care within the role of a PCT.
 

Emphasizing teamwork and collaboration, this course prepares students to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary care team, ensuring they are well-equipped to excel in diverse healthcare settings.
