This capstone course is the culminating experience for students in the Healthcare Leadership Certificate. It provides an opportunity to integrate and apply knowledge gained throughout the program to address real-world challenges in healthcare.


Students will work individually or in teams to design, implement, and present a project that addresses a pressing issue in healthcare, such as patient care quality, health equity, healthcare technology, public health policy, or organizational efficiency. The course emphasizes critical thinking and problem-solving under the guidance of a faculty mentor.
 

Through mentorship, research, and practical engagement, students will develop a comprehensive project proposal, conduct data analysis or case studies, and present their findings. This course prepares students for growth opportunities in healthcare by fostering skills in leadership, communication, and project management.
