This course examines how artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping clinical, organizational, and patient-facing processes in healthcare. It offers an introduction to foundational AI concepts and provides critical perspectives on its benefits and ethical challenges by analyzing AI applications, improving AI literacy, considering user experiences, and more. In doing so, students will develop skills to thoughtfully navigate and communicate within the rapidly evolving landscape of healthcare in the United States.
