The AAOMPT/ACOMPTE-accredited Fellowship in Orthopaedic and Manual Physical Therapy (OMPT) is designed to equip physical therapists (PT) with the highest level of expertise in advanced manual techniques, clinical mentorship, clinic-based research, and leadership within the physical therapy profession.
The Bellin College OMPT Fellowship is a 40-credit program that is flexible and thoughtfully structured to support the PT wherever they are located. Participants can tailor the program to their individual needs, completing it over a period of 2.5 to 4 years. Graduates are well-prepared to excel as leaders in the teaching of orthopaedic manual physical therapy and to make meaningful contributions to clinical research.
This fellowship combines didactic instruction, collaborative learning, and clinical mentorship through an innovative blend of digital learning, weekend hands-on intensives, and clinical practice hours, creating a dynamic and comprehensive educational experience.
